Hi guys I have 3 rooms available in my lovely flat on Hanover Square, from 1st Sept this year for a one year contract, so that's really near Uni & city centre of course! Also some rooms may be available earlier, not official yet. The flat is 5 bedrooms in total with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. Everything is modern and well maintained. Rooms are decent size, with double bed, wardrobe, desk & drawers. Landlady is lovely and looks after us!

Rents are £269 a month for most rooms, and £286 for the biggest room (it has a sofa in and everything!)

no dear i ripped the piss out of you for consorting with the residents of chapel town which is far inferior to the allerton for we are a special breed concerned with sipping ****tails in our trendy bars mwahahhaha actually i insulted the rahs that wish to live there they just bring the whole place down.

And just for the record, the Three Horseshoes wetherspoons in Chap allerton isn't a trendy bar :oP

My housemate Dave/ChipsandLube has a room going in our house, though it's gonna be from the 1st July unfortunately. £48pw, in Hartley Crescent in Woodhouse (not a bad area despite what you might have heard), mostly double glazed and centrally heated, and very relaxed housemates. The only reason I'm moving out is to live with my partner. Let me know if you're interested and I'll pass the message on to Dave.
