I don't understand why Nic's question from last night was deleted. Nic made a valid point, and in a democratic society I don't think the committee should decide whose point of view is acceptable and whose isn't. What's going on?
Unfortunately, due to Welfare Thread rules, Nic's post wasn't anonymous and so we had to remove it. It will be put back up tomorrow when we work out where it should go, with a response from the committee.
To the poster, please remember that these threads are for welfare issues. If you have any none welfare issues, please feel free to post elsewhere in the forum, pm a committee member or email the society.

Thank you.
It's anonymous now so should therefore not be removed.
Also the womens thread is an appropriate place for the post as it is a womens sexual health issue, which i believe falls under the remit of the womens officer. The anon poster shouldn't be told off for responding to the thread, as it is a genuine issue affecting the female society members and it is perfectly acceptable for members to ask why a genuine question about their welfare has been censored. Lets cut the censorship and allow members to have a say on issues that affect them.
