Ehh! you should have come with me to Homo last night: i was a single guest there, always fun... getting in free I managed to only buy two drinks the whole night, but did dance the night away with some new friends, got over exhausted and tired but had a great time on almost no money. Since I have a grand total of £13 to my name until my LEA decided to pull their finger out and get me my loan, I'm doing rather well I think...
Especially considering we're hosting a houseparty tonight! Mad.
maybe he was paying young men to get naked while they made the sandwichs. or some sort of flesh expsosure, that or they were just really nice, or he got ripped.
hehe, i survived for 6 weeks eating every four days cos my money situation was so bad at easter : )
true, i did drop a quarter of my entire body weight in that period, but it shows I Will Survive! lol
you CAN survive on no money for a month or more, trust me, i´m doing it for the sixth time this year (but remember, even if it´s stale, u need to eat: so eat!)...

i actually got your text, but was poor so couldn´t respond!! i left on the 25th of Septmeber, and so far having a wonderful time! I´ve been complimented on my german so much that i´m beginning to think i´m actually crap and it´s a "pat him on the head" technique, lol.

i´m poor because i only came out with about 900 Quid (€1300 roughly). the problem is, I spent about €200 getting trashed during Oktoberfest, ie, the entire first week i was in Germany, lol, and then the deposit on my flat was €900...take the rest of the €200 for food during the past month, and i have nothing. i got paid on friday the 21st, but, because Dresdner Bank are so biiiiig on security, my PIn for my card still isnt here two WEEKS after i got the bloody card.
that means i have €1150 sat in an account which i can not access...
long live German efficiency...*mumblemumble*
