Hey y'all, read in the e-mail thingy that the run starts at Woodies in Headingly, buuuut, where the hell is it? Also, i'm unsure what to dress as, like i could do mafia boss, mainly because that requires like, no effort.....
i think woodies is classed as far headingley, as you head out of town, through headingley and towards oxley and bodington halls (although to be fair, i don't actually know where oxley and bodington are. i think they're out that way)
i know the 28 bus turns off the otley road and you can get off at the first stop then, which is just behind woodies.
It's on the Otley Road. You'll need to get the 1, 28 or 95 bus past the Arndale Centre (where Somerfield is) and up past the New Inn. Keep walking and it's just off to the right. Failing that, join later. Yeah, it's cheating, but after 14 pints or so, who'll honestly remember?
