hi guys, i have a request that just might be the gayest thing that i have ever asked for, i need a partner for ballroom dancing.
Chris dragged me along tonight and it was fooking ace the thing is though that i need a woman there as i felt like a right plumb asking for a partner. it was like my high school disco all over again.
so am looking for a laydee who is a bit nimble on her pins for fun nights of dancing a frolics or any boys for that matter i don't mind letting you lead.
let me know. .

It is at the refectory every tuesday 5 til 7... You get to learn the cha cha, rhumba, waltz, quickstep and my favourite the jive! Veyr strictly come dancing... Its really good and I'd encourage anyone to go as its a laugh but beware it is a bit pricey as its a sport soc so you have to pay £20 to join that first.... plus the £10 to join the soc

Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but you're a total bitch.
hehe. u missed out on a fun line dancing show 2nite chris! you should have come! was well funny. i might come ballroom dancing again next week, not sure though, really hate having a lecture at 5 :( oh well. maybe next semester....
You all mock, but in all seriousness Chris and his partner were probably the best ones there. The old woman who was instructing the crowd (a bit haphazardly I thought) helped Chris quite a bit (I noticed from the side of the hall). The difference was that while she was showing everyone else how not to fall over, how to do the very basics of the steps, she was instructing Chris and his 'laydee' on how to get their feet even closer together. The way she wants people to dance looks like a bit of an ocotpus swirling around in circles and they do it very well.
Honestly, he was great!
And Drew was pretty bad, but then who isn't when they're a beginner! xx love you drew! I was too wimpy to join in so even if Drew wasn't amazing, I was far more pants.
You mean at serious dancing, not at dirty club dancing which puts people off, surely. This is meant as an in-joke and Patrick knows it!! (At least I hope he does....)
I can only say one thing Drew...
YOU'RE LEADING AGAIN!

puts people off? NO!!! people are just way too scared to be a little silly, a little adventurous when they're dancing. Dancing's supposed to be fun, not always leading to going into Babylon's infamous 'back room' for naughty things. I have a lot of fun dancing. I'm just not as brave as Drew and Chris in getting out there with the old woman barking commands to pivot and twirl!
Ball room dancing is a great thing to do i danced from being 11 till 17 but then gave it up (and piled on the pounds) i danced competitions and got to by second gold bar (very high) in the ADA levels. Not sure if i can still dance though its been that long.
