Do you know when you suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, and for some uknown reason you feel fresh as an apple and not sleepy at all?
Well, that's what's happened to me, and it's most annoying, cause I could lie in for once!!!
So, just in case this happens some other time... what advice would you give me to fight these random fits of insomnia? And please don't tell me about counting sheep. Last time I counted sheep, one of them decided she was too sleepy, came into my bed and you can't believe how much room those animals actually take up!

Ermmmmmm the random insomnia thing, I sometimes get it. Have u got any really obscure boring tv channels? if so watch them, or buy a golf dvd its the most boring thing alive, guarenteed to make u drop off. Cricket usually works as well, otherwise go with snooker.

Get up, make a hot drink (hot milk with honey or cammomile tea work wonders), make sure your bed is comfortable and your room dark and then try again in 20 minutes or so.
If not, resign yourself to somnolence and stay in bed staring at the ceiling until dawn.
