While you mention issues such as AIDS and hate crime in your manifesto, there have been a lot of complaints made regarding biphobia this year by male members of the society, and it is clear biphobia from within the LGBT is still a problem. Workshops have suffered from poor attendance, so how would you plan on addressing this?

Biphobia is a problem i will deal with when and if it occurs...(which i hope it doesnt).
Biphobia is a hate crime in all respects and i hope the course i will be going on will help me deal with it, both in helping the victims and also chalenging the perpatraitors...
I cant force people to go to workshops, and if they are not working for this sociaty then i may try another aproach to changing views, trying to talk about issues within coffee hour and on the fourm...where anyone can have a say, weather it be contravesial or not, but it will be in a safe and secure place in which pro and anti bi views can be examined and chalanged so that thouse who hold anti bi view points will come to understand they there views are not viable in an inclusive sociaty and that every one should be respected in there sexuality.
we need more discussion and talk instead of makeing biphobia a taboo issue, becuase if no one is able to talk about it then views will not change and biphobia will not stop
