The figure of people voting for the BNP is nowhere near one in six. Those figures have been hideously twisted and mal-handled by the tabloid press. I think the Lib Dems will get in long before the BNP do, and that in itself would be highly unlikely in my lifetime. (Sixty years, I hope, lest I be hit by a bus tomorrow.)

Mind you, I like the idea of invading. How about Gibraltar? Warm, sunny, apes, and a British colony so you don't have to miss out on your favourite High Street shops. Go Gibraltar! Viva la revolution! I am actually going on a field trip to Chiapas in Mexico next year to observe the Zapatista resistance movement firsthand. I am sure they can teach me a couple of things.

good point however sp is this as basic human rights seem to be abused daily and as there seems to be a rise in relicious secularism and extremism even a single person saying they vote BNP is a dangerous thing.
