E-mails - I'm not getting them, other people arent, can this please be sorted?
Notice of events - A week is too short notice, especially when its a fancy dress theme and people aren't gettin the e-mails. Remember not all members go on the forum and therefore can't get the information on time. Please make it at least 2 weeks in advance.
Otley run tradition - Voting for the theme, wheres it gone???
Its only little things like, but its still problematic.

Nic, as you are aware, we have literally just had the handover meeting, so the notice of the otley run theme was given as quickly as possible. For this reason Hannah decided to use the theme "grans and grandads" as it is a minimal effort costume.
Normal voting for themes will be back next time I'm sure. But surely the most important thing is that we all have fun on the day?!
About the emails, pm me a list a people/emails that haven't been receiving them. An awful lot of the emails bounce back, and so perhaps the email address has simply been misread. Anyway, starting from now, the weekly emails will be on the forum as usual.
Like I said I wernt havin a pop, I wer just sayin there were a couple of probs, best 2 get em nipped in bud rather then let em snowball.

Guys i think your doing an ace job! just relax and get used to it! and just go with the flow if you think something is in the best interest of the members in the wider community go for it regardless of what other ppl say.
They where new at the job once too! its your stage now can't wait to see what you do !
