I felt that seeing as her majesty the Queen makes speeches every year, I would like to do something similar, as I feel that I have a similar desire to spread a positive message to my people today. I know that most of you are probably not keen on celebrating this day of St Valentine, possibly because of its commercialisation (I am personally quite in favour of capitalist advancement) but I implore you, on this day take some time to be with those you love. I must confess I am a single girl, having not recieved a card telling of another's affections, but I hope that despite this I will be able to spread a positive message of cheer on this day. I regret to inform you that I will not be able to attend the meeting tonight, but I will endevour to prepare for the AGM, to register my application via proxy.
Once again, please take some time to be with those you love and do think of me tonight, sitting at home watching Bridget Jones and over-indulging on Fox's glacier mints and getting ****ed on Chardonnay.
