Just wondering, what does everyone think of this?
I think it's a great idea, especially for anyone with a positive partner or who has the joy of working in the public sector where infection from needlestick injuries is a risk. Save alot of the agonising waiting around and fighting for PEP to reach you within 72 hours. Is also good to read that the test results so far have been promising.

Sounds like a really amazing developement. Although, as it said on the website, people using it as an alternative to contraception/people being more likely to take the risk (i.e. members of the general public) may be a concern, so hopefully education will accompany the release of this drug. Good times all in all though
Aye true, but how many people are really stupid enough/loaded enough to pay £15 for a pill everytime they have sex? There were the same fears with the morning after pill which is £20 & not generally used as a main form of contraception.
Just got to wait and see how the PrEP pills work on women & others. Apparently all the signs so far on gay men & monkeys have been positive.
