My god the name says it all really. Very scary. And judging by the type of people you see coming outta in there, most of them should be on a meat rack.
No offense but meat rack ( if im wrong - kill me ) was where harvey's used to be, and the amount of chav's/ scutters/ large hooped GOLD earings/ / and bardsey lookalikes that went in/ and came out of there is off putting - and to think a dark room!! No- go!! Piccalilli - rather lick me own ass. This wont take off!!! personally i dont think its in the best area. But like i said if im wrong about where the venue is - kill me!!!
I joined the Scene tour on Thursday. That's was real fun. Never been in so many bars and clubs in a sincle evening. Although I don't usually mind, the level of noice at some places was a bit annoying, cause i was trying to chat with the people I'd never met before. The leader was excellent. Absolutely .... 'visible' There's still a lot way to go. I hope that was just the taster session. Hope to see you again soon.
no you're thinking of meat packers! not meat rack. they both sound lovely tho...
im new to all this. looking for people to show me the gay scene. my friends are very straight rugby guys so its never gonna happen gettin them to a gay bar. what do you guys have planned? any nights out? whats this bout queens court on a monday? D x
Well the Meatrack is certainly an experience, and trust me you would not see much with a hidden camera, unless its a Most Haunted one, then the scares would certainly start LOL
umm...any chance people are thinking bout going to the children in need party next friday...need to keep reminding people!
think it would be great if we could raise some money as a society, and i would really like to meet everyone properly! (3 essays are putting a bit of a wall in the way of my social outings at the minute...2nd year sucks!)
Hey I know you did a scene tour at the beginning of last term, couldn't make it unfortunately as was moving house at the time but lets not go there. Just wondering if another one was being organised being a 4th year I dont get out much or to put it another way at all, however, after the january exams there will (hopefully) be a couple of weeks grace and it would be great to meet more people from the society. I made it to one of the mens meals last term and that was it. Also just to add that a lot of international exchange students come over for only one term and it is hard to get involved in societies. ( I was one last year)
thats enough of my rambling, suppose I should get back to work.
