I recommend falling into a very stressful time in your life. Like break up with your partner of 2 years for a fresher. Have the fresher mess with your head for 4 weeks playing games during this time maybe eating one meal a day because you feel sick withthe guilt of shagging another straight away, the sex being great but the rest being crap with said fresher and hey presto like me you will drop a stone in 4 weeks! Although now I am almost sane again when I got my appetite back I have been going to the gym religiously 3 times a week for the last 5 weeks and have kept the weight off and am still losing and eating sensibly now. Seriously a rapid change in life style works wonders!!!! Good luck! :)
