That was based on a book wasn't it? I'd quite like to see it and read the book. There are also a couple of films out with gay themes at the moment.
One is called C.R.A.Z.Y and the other's name I forget, but it's about a gay french fashion photographer who is diagnosed with cancer and I have heard it's excellent.
On a lighter note though, I went to see Mission Impossible III last night and not only is Tom looking hot for his age (though in real life i'd rather pull my eyes out with nail clippers than go anywhere near him), Jonathan Rhys Myers is in it too, and he takes his top off at least once! Whoo!
I'm sad, yes.

You're allowed to fancy JRM, I think. Unless it's in Gormenghast. That's just wrong.
C.R.A.Z.Y looks amazing. Michel Côté rocks. Did you see him in Le Dernier Tunnel? I think I'm the only one of my friends that actually likes that film.
The other film is called Le temps qui reste. (They've called it 'Time to Leave' for English audiences). Might not be up to seeing it. Melvil Poupaud is a pin-up of mine and watching him die might just push me over the edge.
I love French and Candian ciema. With the notable exception of Delicatessen, which I have just wasted 2 hours watching.
Sorry to say this John but he isnt gay... I've read a few interviews with him and apparently he has a gay adoptive dad! Altho thats not quite the same...

Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but you're a total bitch.
Though i'm loving Jake Whatshisname at the moment, and I am going with the theory that Kirsetn whatchamacallit is simply a decoy to hide his obvious homosexuality!

Ah could-be-gay film stars. My favourite is Takeshi Kaneshiro. Have grown up with him between 1994's Chung hing sam lam (Chungking Express) and 2004's Shi mian mai fu (House of Flying Daggars). One feels the need to use the original titles or you're just not a proper geek.
He is a singularly beautiful man. And he can speak 5 languages. Favouring quirky, artistic films, he is famous for shunning the spotlight and has had no serious girlfriends to date. The 'dar is blinging, people.
He resides in Tokyo. One of many, many reasons to visit the big J.
